Refund & Returns Policy

I, as I’m sure many of you are, am a big fan of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. I read it every night before bed. It provides me great entertainment. In light of these regulations, I present to you the Refund & Returns Policy:

Refunds

1. Gaz Jones Digital Artwork (@thegazjones) operates a 14-day return policy. The means that you as the customer have 14 days within receiving the item(s) to request a return.

2. To begin the refund process, please email info@thegazjones.com stating product(s) to be returned. The email address used upon purchase of item(s) is preferred to allow for speedy resolution. Returns that are received without prior notification will not be accepted.

3. Once confirmation of returns request has been received, item must be returned within 14 days to the address provided upon confirmation.

4. In order to be eligible for refund, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. In it’s original packaging, unused/unworn and with tags where applicable.

5. Personalised or bespoke items are unfortunately not eligible for refund.

6. Receipt of proof of purchase must included with the returned item(s) for confirmation. Without a receipt of proof of purchase, items can not be refunded.

7. Returns not complying with the Refund and Returns Policy risk being refused.

8. The customer must cover the full cost of returning the item to Gaz Jones Digital Artwork (@thegazjones).

On Return:

1. Once the item has been returned to Gaz Jones Digital Artwork (@thegazjones), you will receive notification of receipt.

2. Inspection of item will be carried out upon return, and once complete, you will received notification of approval or rejection.

3. If the return complies with the policy and is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method only.

4. Please allow for 10 working days following approval for refunds to be processed.

5. Refund covers the cost of the item(s) only. Delivery fees and return costs will not be refunded.

Damages/Faulty Products:

Every effort is made in order for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you receive your item and find it to be defective or damaged, please contact info@thegazjones.com.
